Change of name: d.velop Life Sciences GmbH becomes Digital Life Sciences GmbH

Dear busi­ness partners,

for 16 ye­ars now, we have been de­ligh­ted to sup­port com­pa­nies in the life sci­en­ces in­dus­try in di­gi­tiz­ing their pro­ces­ses. We would like to thank you very much for the trust and the plea­sant cooperation.

In re­cent months, we have made si­gni­fi­cant in­vest­ments to keep us at your ser­vice as a re­lia­ble part­ner. Sin­ce the be­gin­ning of last year, we have been able to re­cruit more than 20 new col­le­agues, brin­ging the to­tal num­ber of em­ployees to 70. In ad­di­ti­on to fur­ther soft­ware mo­du­les that will com­ple­ment our eQMS so­lu­ti­on suite, we al­ter­na­tively of­fer our cus­to­mers the ope­ra­ti­on of our soft­ware as SaaS (Soft­ware as a Ser­vice) in the cloud.

First op­ti­miza­ti­ons like our new­ly de­si­gned web­site or the ch­an­ge of our word-pic­tu­re-brand have su­re­ly not es­caped your at­ten­ti­on. In or­der to em­pha­si­ze our busi­ness pur­po­se even more cle­ar­ly, we are ope­ra­ting un­der a new name with im­me­dia­te ef­fect, “d.velop Life Sci­en­ces GmbH” becomes:

“Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces GmbH” 

The only thing that is new here is the com­pa­ny name. All com­pa­ny and share­hol­der struc­tures, com­mer­cial re­gis­ter and tax num­bers, con­trac­tu­al re­la­ti­onships, ac­count de­tails, etc. re­main un­ch­an­ged. The trustful co­ope­ra­ti­on with our part­ners, espe­ci­al­ly d.velop AG, is also un­af­fec­ted by this. Soft­ware sa­les and sup­port in cus­to­mer pro­jects will con­ti­nue to take place in both di­rec­tions bet­ween the two companies.

For cus­to­mers who do not wish to ope­ra­te our so­lu­ti­ons “on pre­mi­ses” (in­stal­la­ti­on in their own com­pa­ny), we are de­ve­lo­ping an al­ter­na­ti­ve ope­ra­ti­on as a SaaS so­lu­ti­on via the new­ly founded 

“Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces Cloud Ser­vices GmbH“.
