Successful DLS User Summit 2024: A review of the event

Erfolgreiches Anwendertreffen 2023 Kunden und Interessenten im Fokus bei Digital Life Sciences

This year’s DLS User Sum­mit took place at the Mö­ven­pick Ho­tel in Müns­ter on May 14 and 15, 2024. With around 110 ex­ter­nal par­ti­ci­pan­ts from over 60 com­pa­nies, this year’s event was once again al­most ful­ly boo­ked and a com­ple­te suc­cess. The User Sum­mit al­lo­wed its par­ti­ci­pan­ts to get to know each other per­so­nal­ly and share their ex­pe­ri­en­ces with the soft­ware from Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces GmbH.

Ac­com­pa­nied by a va­ried sup­port­ing pro­gram, the two-day event of­fe­red in­te­res­t­ing pre­sen­ta­ti­ons, the­med round ta­bles and net­wor­king op­por­tu­ni­ties. The to­pics ran­ged from the road­map for the new en­g­amp® pro­duct line to cus­to­mer use ca­ses and ex­ci­ting pre­sen­ta­ti­ons on AI and the cloud.

A high­light of the event were the round ta­bles, which were in­tro­du­ced for the first time. The par­ti­ci­pan­ts had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to find out about va­rious to­pics and de­ve­lo­p­ments re­gar­ding our so­lu­ti­ons, ex­ch­an­ge ide­as in a re­la­xed at­mo­sphe­re and es­tab­lish new cont­acts. A pa­nel dis­cus­sion was also held for the first time, in which lea­ding ex­perts from the in­dus­try dis­cus­sed to­pics such as the trans­fer of know­ledge bet­ween con­sul­tants and sup­pli­ers when in­tro­du­cing com­pu­ter-ai­ded sys­tems in companies.

In ad­di­ti­on to cu­lina­ry high­lights, the evening event fea­tured a spe­cial act that con­tri­bu­ted to a good at­mo­sphe­re and in­te­res­t­ing dis­cus­sions. Here, the users of our soft­ware were able to re­flect on the first day and get re­a­dy for the se­cond day.
