User meeting 2019 – interactively and informative!

For the first time, this year’s user mee­ting took place at the Land­ho­tel Be­ver­land in Ost­be­vern – and, just like in the pre­vious ye­ars, it was a gre­at suc­cess! While the wea­ther was against us on the first day, it more than made up for it on the se­cond day. A new am­bi­ence with a first-time draw for the the­me rooms was great­ly app­re­cia­ted by the 28 at­ten­ding com­pa­nies. This pro­vi­ded the ca­su­al at­mo­sphe­re for the ap­prox. 60 par­ti­ci­pan­ts for a con­s­truc­ti­ve ex­ch­an­ge of ide­as, thoughts and experiences.

In ad­di­ti­on to the ge­ne­ral ex­ch­an­ge, the par­ti­ci­pan­ts had the chan­ce to dis­cuss and ask spe­ci­fic ques­ti­ons at su­per­vi­sed round ta­bles. Mo­reo­ver, the par­ti­ci­pan­ts en­joy­ed mo­de­ra­ted dis­cus­sions, hel­ping to fo­cus on the users’ re­qui­re­ments in grea­ter de­tail. Fi­nal­ly, the par­ti­ci­pan­ts up­dated their know­ledge with in­te­res­t­ing pre­sen­ta­ti­ons on cur­rent to­pics. An en­ter­tai­ning evening pro­gram with first-class ca­te­ring roun­ded off the two days of the forum.
