Digital Life Sciences is again “Top Employer Medium-Sized Businesses”

All good things come in th­rees! For the third time in a row, FO­CUS-Busi­ness has award­ed Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces as “Top em­ploy­er small and me­di­um-si­zed busi­nesses”.

Every year sin­ce 2018, the FOCUS ma­ga­zi­ne pu­blishes a list with the top em­ploy­ers un­der the small and me­di­um-si­zed busi­nesses. To de­ter­mi­ne the top em­ploy­ers for small and me­di­um-si­zed busi­nesses 2022, more than 550,000 ra­tings of em­ployees and exis­ting on­line ra­tings from 38.000 com­pa­nies were ana­ly­zed. To re­cei­ve an award, the fol­lo­wing cri­te­ria had to be met:

• Have bet­ween ele­ven and 500 employees
• Com­pa­ny head­quar­ters are lo­ca­ted in Germany
• Avera­ge ra­ting of at least 3.5 (sca­le 1–5)
• At least 10 com­pa­ny ra­tings (of which 5 sin­ce 01/01/2020)

With a cur­rent ra­ting of 4.6 stars and a re­com­men­da­ti­on rate of 100% (as of De­cem­ber 2021), Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces again far ex­ceeds the requirements.
