BM-Flow of biomedion reached end-of-life as of 12/31/2024

The pro­vi­der bio­me­di­on GmbH had an­noun­ced that it would com­ple­te­ly dis­con­ti­nue its elec­tro­nic do­cu­ment ma­nage­ment sys­tem BM-Flow on De­cem­ber 31, 2024. The sys­tem has been in sun­set mode sin­ce Ja­nu­ary 1, 2023. Du­ring this pe­ri­od, only li­mi­t­ed sup­port ser­vices were pro­vi­ded for sel­ec­ted ver­si­ons. Se­cu­ri­ty up­dates and paid sup­port are only pro­vi­ded on request.

For com­pa­nies that were using BM-Flow, this meant that: By Ja­nu­ary 1, 2025 at the la­test, ac­ti­ve sup­port was no lon­ger available — ma­king a sus­tainable and fu­ture-pro­of so­lu­ti­on for qua­li­ty and do­cu­ment ma­nage­ment indispensable.

Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces GmbH has al­re­a­dy suc­cessful­ly sup­port­ed com­pa­nies in mi­gra­ting from BM-Flow to their own eDMS/eQMS on se­ve­ral oc­ca­si­ons — na­tu­ral­ly in com­pli­ance with all re­le­vant re­gu­la­ti­ons such as EU GMP, ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
