We are delighted to present the latest highlight of our Mobile Office Programme, which has been an exceptional benefit for our employees since 2022. The main focus of the programme lies on broadening professional horizons and gaining valuable international experience.
What is the Mobile Office program?
Since the introduction of the Mobile Office Programme, our employees have the opportunity to work abroad for two to three weeks once a year without having to take annual leave. We also cover the costs of flights and accommodation and encourage our employees to discover the culture and sights of the host country. After work, participants are free to explore the local culture and let their curiosity and spirit of adventure run free on the weekends.
Successful expeditions to Cape Town and Lisbon
In recent years, our expeditions have taken us to Cape Town in South Africa and Lisbon in Portugal. These trips offered our employees the opportunity to expand their professional skills and to gain inspiration from new cultural experiences. Further information can be found here.
Destination 2024: Fuerteventura
This year’s Mobile Office Programme by Digital Life Sciences GmbH took the participating employees to Fuerteventura, one of the picturesque Canary Islands. The island offered the participants a perfect combination of relaxation and adventure after work. A total of around 30 employees took part in this trip, which is about 35 percent of our total headcount.
The participants had the opportunity to dive into a diverse environment, explore the local culture and gain valuable creative inspiration. This experience did not only contribute to the professional development of those involved, but also strengthened team spirit and team work within the company.
