Starke Zukunft: DLS investiert in Ausbildung und Nachwuchsförderung

At Digital Life Sciences, we understand the importance of sound professional training, especially in light of the current shortage of skilled professionals and the challenges faced by young people looking for promising perspectives for the future. That is why we actively face these challenges and offer our new recruits a long-term and promising career in our company.

With approximately 75 employees, we have grown into a successful company and are committed to providing a safe and fulfilling work environment for our new team members. At Digital Life Sciences, we maintain a family-like and relaxed atmosphere that makes for a successful start to a professional career. As an IT company, we greatly value the promotion and further development of our young talents as well as our experienced employees.

As of the beginning of August, we warmly welcome Katja Kohlhase as a colleague in Quality Assurance, Abdul Haluk Yilmaz as another colleague in Quality Assurance, and Niclas Berger, who is completing a dual study program in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. We wish them all a successful start and all the best in their new tasks. We are looking forward to a productive and long-term cooperation that will be characterized by mutual growth and success.
