This year, the long-awaited company field trip took place, where around 55 of our colleagues enjoyed an unforgettable time together. The destination was the idyllic town of Westerstede, Germany, which not only stood out for its beauty, but also for its unique chocolate hotel.
The first day began with a special highlight: visiting our valued customer, the Dr. Wolff Group. In addition to a heartfelt welcome, we were given an exciting tour of the company, during which we gained deep insights into production. It was an excellent opportunity to strengthen the cooperation and to take a look behind the scenes of the successful company.
The second day began with an energetic draisine ride in the morning. In small teams we explored the beautiful scenery on historical rails. Afterwards, we enjoyed a captivating guided tour of Westerstede, admiring the impressive architecture and learning more about the history of this charming town.
The afternoon was all about sweet temptation. In the chocolate hotel we were given the opportunity to make our own chocolate creations. Under professional guidance, we put our creative ideas into practice. It was a delicious and fun activity that rewarded us with great results the following day.
Our company field trip to Westerstede was not only a welcome change of scenery from the daily work routine, but also an opportunity to strengthen the team work and team spirit within our company.
