Award as “Top employer medium-sized businesses 2023”

The FOCUS brand pres­ents the top em­ploy­ers in the Ger­man SME sec­tor for the 6th time in a row. The Ge­scher-ba­sed soft­ware com­pa­ny Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces is once again one of the hid­den cham­pi­ons in terms of em­ployee sa­tis­fac­tion and mo­ti­va­ti­on as a “Top em­ploy­er me­di­um-si­zed busi­nesses 2023″ . The de­cisi­ve fac­tors for the ran­king were sel­ec­tion cri­te­ria such as com­pa­ny size, em­ployee ra­tings from a Ger­ma­ny-wide on­line sur­vey, exis­ting on­line em­ploy­er ra­tings, and com­pa­ny head­quar­ters in Germany.

For the fourth time in a row, the com­pa­ny was na­med “Top em­ploy­er me­di­um-si­zed busi­nesses” by FOCUS in co­ope­ra­ti­on with re­se­arch part­ner Fact­Field GmbH. Thus, Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces not only stands out with its trend-set­ting di­gi­tal do­cu­ment & qua­li­ty ma­nage­ment soft­ware, but also with a very high em­ployee sa­tis­fac­tion. The Di­gi­tal Life Sci­en­ces Ma­na­ging Di­rec­tor sees this as an im­portant part of the com­pa­ny, but for Thi­lo Gu­kel­ber­ger, the­re is much more to be­ing suc­cessful as a company:
