From May 12 to 13, 2026, more than 50 companies from the life sciences industry gathered at the Mövenpick Hotel Münster for the DLS User Summit 2026 to learn about and discuss current developments, innovative technologies, and future strategies in digital quality and document management.
Future Trends, Innovations &, and Expert Presentations
The two-day event focused on forward-looking topics related to digital quality management processes, modern platform strategies, and the growing importance of AI in quality management. In addition to the practical presentations and strategic outlooks, participants took the opportunity to share experiences and gain new insights.
The main topics of the scheduled talks included, among others:
- the strategic further development of the new engamp® product line,
- innovative approaches to digital QM processes,
- expert presentations on AI in quality management, AI validation, and AI-based workflows, as well as
- “NO LIMITS – How Do I Achieve My Goal?” by Joey Kelly
Networking & Get-together
In addition, the summit offered numerous opportunities for in-person networking. Participants used the event to make new contacts, strengthen existing partnerships, and share industry insights.
A particular highlight of the first evening was the get-together, featuring culinary delights and a special performance. The evening event provided the perfect setting to wrap up the first day of the conference together and get in the right frame of mind for the topics of the second day.
Round tables &: Sharing best practices
This year, too, the interactive round tables generated a great deal of interest. During the discussion sessions, participants were able to learn about new features and product innovations and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals.
