Looking back on a succesful DLS User Summit 2025

This ye­ar’s DLS User Sum­mit took place on May 13 and May 14, 2025 at the Mö­ven­pick Ho­tel in Müns­ter — an in­spi­ring event full of per­so­nal en­coun­ters. With around 50 com­pa­nies ta­king part, this ye­ar’s event was once again a com­ple­te suc­cess and im­pres­si­ve­ly con­firm­ed the si­gni­fi­can­ce of di­gi­tal so­lu­ti­ons in qua­li­ty and do­cu­ment ma­nage­ment for the life sci­en­ces sector.

Pro­fes­sio­nal ex­ch­an­ge & In­spi­ra­ti­on
For two days, the sum­mit was all about know­ledge trans­fer, ex­ch­an­ge and net­wor­king. Par­ti­ci­pan­ts took the op­por­tu­ni­ty not only to find out about new pro­ducts and road­maps, but also to share their own ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The pro­gram­me fo­cu­sed on:

• The stra­te­gic fur­ther de­ve­lo­p­ment of the new en­g­amp® pro­duct line
• Use case from practice
• Key­note spee­ches on lon­ge­vi­ty, AI in the phar­maceu­ti­cal in­dus­try and fu­ture competence

Net­wor­king & Evening pro­gram
The sup­port­ing pro­gram de­li­bera­te­ly fo­cu­sed on en­coun­ters and ex­ch­an­ge: In a re­la­xed at­mo­sphe­re, the par­ti­ci­pan­ts made new cont­acts, deepe­ned exis­ting part­ner­ships and shared in­dus­try-spe­ci­fic in­sights. The evening event im­pres­sed with cu­lina­ry de­lights and a spe­cial act that crea­ted a gre­at at­mo­sphe­re. Here, the users of our soft­ware were able to re­flect on the first day and get re­a­dy for the se­cond day. 

The round ta­bles, whe­re par­ti­ci­pan­ts had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to find out about va­rious to­pics and de­ve­lo­p­ments in our so­lu­ti­ons, ex­ch­an­ge ide­as in a re­la­xed at­mo­sphe­re and make new cont­acts, were again very po­pu­lar. An in­ter­view with our long-stan­ding cus­to­mers Rot­ten­dorf and MEDICE roun­ded off the event.
