All good things come in threes! For the third time in a row, FOCUS-Business has awarded Digital Life Sciences as “Top employer small and medium-sized businesses”.
Every year since 2018, the FOCUS magazine publishes a list with the top employers under the small and medium-sized businesses. To determine the top employers for small and medium-sized businesses 2022, more than 550,000 ratings of employees and existing online ratings from 38.000 companies were analyzed. To receive an award, the following criteria had to be met:
- Have between eleven and 500 employees
- Company headquarters are located in Germany
- Average rating of at least 3.5 (scale 1–5)
- At least 10 company ratings (of which 5 since 01/01/2020)
With a current rating of 4.6 stars and a recommendation rate of 100% (as of December 2021), Digital Life Sciences again far exceeds the requirements.
