This year, the long-anticipated company retreat finally took place, with many colleagues coming together to enjoy a varied and memorable time in the historic Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. The charming city impressed with its unique architecture as well as a diverse programme that combined practical insights, cultural highlights, and team-building activities.
Day one kicked off with visits to our valued customers, Wiewelhove and the Eimermacher Group. Divided into small groups, we received detailed insights into day-to-day operations and production processes. Being together on site provided a valuable setting to gain fresh insights and deepen our ongoing collaboration.
On the second day, we took part in a city rally through Lüneburg. In teams, we explored the most picturesque parts of the old town, highlighting our teamwork, creativity, and shared spirit. The visit to the German Salt Museum that followed offered valuable insights into the region’s history and economic significance, adding a cultural dimension to the program.
Today, the company retreat is much more than just a welcome break from the daily routine. It has become an established tradition and takes place every three years. It creates space to connect outside of operational responsibilities and to reinforce team spirit in the long term.
Special thanks go to everyone involved, in particular the teams at Wiewelhove and the Eimermacher Group, who played a key role in making the company retreat a success. There is already great anticipation for future shared experiences.
